HP iPAQ 51X Voice Messenger
PCMag has a preview of the HP iPAQ 51X Voice Messenger and writes, “My somewhat preproduction 51X felt slow. I saw the dreaded spinning wheel icon a little too often, and its speed problems were backed up by relatively poor results in my TCPMP video playback tests. Connectivity options are also pokey here. With just USB 1.1 and Bluetooth 1.2 to choose from, I had to be patient transferring media files onto the phone’s MicroSD card. … HP’s first phone-shaped device, first true dual-mode smartphone in the US, and first official Windows Mobile 6 phone is a good fit for many businesses, but individual consumers should wait for something that feels faster and less buggy.”
