Just wanted to let everyone know, the best thing would be to contact the manufacturer, or a store in your area that carries this camcorder and see if they can help you get an English manual.

yahhh… wanna have an english manual. im having difficulties in its cam and video shooting. in cam, the pictures are not that good when moving. what should i do?

Just to let you know, have sent a request to the Japanese Canon site and will let you know what they say when they reply. They are on shogatsu holidays right now. (New Years). Checked all the other sites and no one else has this version.

I had recently purchased DC200 in Japan, and somehow mannaged to get the manual in english by your help. Now I have another problem with my cam, I am not able to use the DVD RW 4X speed, I there anybody facing same problem
